Sony DADC operates a shared service centre in the Czech Republic providing administrative services in the Order-to-Cash process, mainly customer service and cash collection.

Through outsourcing we take over client’s non-core activities and provide them multilingual customer support (order, return and claim management), master data management and cash collection (invoicing, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable reconciliation and dunning, credit management and advanced reporting). In addition, IT and security services (L1 helpdesk, network and security operations centre, robotic process automation, phishing simulation, vulnerability scanning service, red team assessment, security assessment and consulting, and security training).

This enables us to harmonise processes across territories, reduce costs by an average of 15-30% by outsourcing to a country with lower taxes and labour costs, provide more detailed financial reporting and increase customer satisfaction thanks to our Quality and Continuous Improvement department and multilingual customer support. In addition, we manage to streamline processes through digitisation and automation, increase service quality in relation to our ISO certifications, increase ethical standards, ensure a higher level of security thanks to our in-house security department, 24h. helpdesk support, continuous backup of all systems and measures against phishing and ransomware.

Our services are particularly suitable for companies planning to grow, as they are quickly and flexibly scalable and clients don't have to worry about recruiting and managing employees, training, onboarding, retention, compensation and planning for sickness and vacation.
