HR POINT 2024: The secret to satisfaction and performance? Company culture

HR POINT is a meeting of recruiters and HR managers with many years of tradition, organized by the CzechInvest agency in cooperation with the Association for Foreign Investment - AFI. From 8 October to 19 November 2024, twelve seminars will be held across the Czech Republic on the topic of Corporate Culture.

The discussion meetings provide an opportunity to share experiences, discuss trends and find solutions to current problems in a confidential environment. Experts from recruitment agencies are invited to bring valuable insights and expert opinions on their chosen topic. This year's edition will be hosted by experienced recruiters from Grafton a SelfishKiwi.

The theme of HR POINTS 2024 is Company culture, why it is crucial for the overall success of a company, how it affects its competitiveness, efficiency and also employee satisfaction and loyalty. The interactive seminar will explore topics focusing on reasons for employee departures, attracting new employees and retaining existing employees, and the challenges of multicultural diversity in teams. There will also be space for creating an ideal company culture. Finally, a unique benchmark study of corporate culture across the country will be created and made available to all participants.
