„News in Visa and Immigration Process: recent changes in Immigration Act and New Visa Programms“ – during October 5 seminars were held in 3 cities with 230 participants from over 100 companies across several sectors. We organized the event together with the CzechInvest agency. Significant interest in seminars proves the importance of the topic.
Companies often need to go this direction to find their workforce - go out of borders and even out of EU. Few weeks ago, the Immigration Act was ammended and brought some positive news in this area, including goverment programmes for Qualified, Highly Qualified and Key and Scientific Staff. This was the main topic presented by the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic. The presentation on controls done by the State Labor Inspection Office was also really appreciated. The issue of Immigration procedure in practice was covered by our member companies Deloitte and PwC. Another member company, Tifra, contributed with a few useful tips on relocation.
