The series of traditional HR Points has started: this year's theme is CORPORATE CULTURE.

We are pleased to announce the start of our traditional human resource development seminars, known as HR POINT. These seminars are organized annually by the CzechInvest agency in cooperation with the Association for Foreign Investment - AFI. This year's serie is entitled "The Secret of Satisfaction and Performance? Corporate Culture" and focuses on the importance of corporate culture as a key factor influencing employee satisfaction, performance and turnover.

Participants are guided by the expert duo Jana Vávrová from Grafton and Filip Lepier from Selfish Kiwi, who interactively lead a discussion on what defines corporate culture and how it translates into everyday practice. During the seminar, they focus on the question of how the corporate environment influences employee turnover and whether corporate visions actually correspond to reality. It turns out that, in addition to financial compensation, company culture plays a major role in their overall satisfaction. The workshop part of the seminar leads participants to create an ideal company culture and to name its manifestations.

The HR Points continue in each region until 19 November 2024. Registration is still open, there is no fee for participation.
