Hradec Králové
On Thursday, 25 April 2024, a round table on Modern Investment Projects in the Hradec Králové Region was held, organized by the Association for Foreign Investment in cooperation with the Hradec Králové Region and the CzechInvest agency. Over 30 representatives of regional companies and public administration gathered in Hradec Králové to discuss business in the region, focusing on current topics such as digitalization and automation in companies, power management or decarbonization of industry.
The Governor of the Hradec Králové Region, Mgr. Martin Červíček expressed his pleasure at the large turnout, outlined the topics that are key for entrepreneurs in the region, described the priorities of the region in the areas of energy, digitalization and technology and, together with First Deputy Pavel Bulíček, introduced the CIRI agency and the Data Portal Data KHK.
Kamil Blažek introduced the Association for Foreign Investment - AFI, what we bring to entrepreneurs in the region as an association and informed the guests about the results of the business survey conducted in the Hradec Králové Region, which strongly reflect the topics discussed.
The round table was also attended by the new Director General of CzechInvest Jan Michal. In his speech he summarised the plans and priorities of the CzechInvest agency and emphasised the need to create a pleasant business environment. Martina Ceplová, Director of the CzechInvest Regional Office for the Hradec Králové Region, focused on presenting the Agency's services for regional entrepreneurs, such as the technology incubation project.
Other speakers included Jan Hirš from T-Business, the Altron team - Miloš Macúch and Petr Vyhnálek, and Martin Dittrich from Bilfinger Tebodin. A discussion with the roundtable participants followed, during which they evaluated how they do business in the region, what problems they face and what business topics are crucial for them.
