Office of the Year competition

Prochazka & Partners' focus on promoting a quality working environment is mirrored in the prestigious Office of the Year competition, which has been awarding exceptional office interiors every year since 2016 under the leadership of Radek Prochazka, Managing Partner of Prochazka & Partners.

The aim of the Office of the Year competition is to evaluate companies that invest in the satisfaction of their people through their premises and to promote them as an attractive employer. Our aim is for our clients to be role models for other companies in this respect. The award ceremony has been taking place since 2019 during a gala evening at Žofín.
