PRK Partners’ vast experience in the private law recodification
Our clients have a unique opportunity to be provided with legal advice and author's interpretations of relatively new legal regulations from the main authors of the recodification, who are members of our team*.
We were involved in a number of various mandates – both for private companies and public institutions – relating to the review and harmonization of their legal documents and internal processes, as well as the creation of sample contractual and other documentation in line with the new Civil Code and the Business Corporations Act, and follow-up legislation.
