Yunnan province, Kunming, China
A business–investment seminar organised by the CzechInvest Agency in cooperation with the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Chengdu was held in the capital and largest city of Yunnan province – Kunming on Monday, April 29th 2019.
The date was based on the planned visit of the Czech President Miloš Zeman to Beijing as part of the Silk Road Conference, which took place on April 24 – 28th 2019.
The seminar provided up-to-date and practical information for potential investors on business opportunities in the Czech Republic and were followed by a festive reception for the 70th anniversary of the Czech-Chinese bilateral diplomatic relations. The most important business and investment institutions participated, as well as the high level of political representation of Kunming Province.
The Association for Foreign Investment – AFI, was represented by their member companies 108 Agency which presented information in the field of real estate advisory and PRK Partners which informed about legal environment. Over a fifty representatives of Chinese companies got an opportunity to get to know the Czech market and learn more about the possibilities of cooperation with Czech companies and institutions and establishing a business in the Czech Republic.
