As it has become a good habit in the Association for Foreign Investments, our newcomers had the opportunity to introduce themselves to the managers of the CzechInvest agency and to present their companies' services that can help foreign and domestic investors.
On Tuesday, 15 October 2024, CzechInvest's Director General Jan Michal welcomed representatives of 2 companies:
- Executive Search specialists, Stanton Chase, which was presented by the pair Dillon Werry and Jozef Papp. They introduced the audience to the services that this, as they say, glocal company provides to its clients by the example of specific case studies. They explained the specifics of providing top management level recruitment consultancy, described how they proceed with each new assignment, how they succeed in filling "unfilled" positions and what role a thorough knowledge of the market plays in their field.
- David Lazor from TITANS, a company focused on talent acquisition, outsourcing and placement of IT specialists. This young and dynamic company attracted the attention of the guests because of the size of its database, which currently has over 30,000 IT specialists, primarily in the Czech and Slovak markets, but also includes specialists from other EU countries. David described how their unique, fully automated model works and how important it is in their industry to build long-term relationships not only with clients, but also with candidates
