Hofmann Personal has been operating in the Czech Republic since 1999, particularly in the area of direct recruitment ​​and agency employment.
Currently, the company employs more than 1,600 employees throughout the Czech Republic at its branches in Plzeň, Prague, Brno, Ostrava, České Velenice, Stříbro, Cheb, Chomutov, Česká Lípa, Ústí nad Labem and Liberec. In 2015, a recruitment office was established, after two years a separate branch in Banská Bystrica and in 2019 a branch office for recruitment was opened in Kharkov, Ukraine.

Hofmann Personal is ISO 9001: 2015 certified, has received the CZECH Stability Award AAA, which assesses the current financial condition, including future risk prediction, and has also received the Mamma / Parent Friendly Company award for its individual approach and friendly conditions for employees.
As a member of the APPS association (Association of Personal Services Providers), Hofmann Personal guarantees compliance with all labor legislation and comparable wage conditions for agency employees.
