We started GoodCall to bring a fresh new approach to recruitment. We’re on a mission to wake up the industry and evolve the human relations market to help talent and companies efficiently connect.

GoodCall was established in early 2014 when we saw that the recruitment market had become stagnant and frustrating. Although candidate behaviour has changed drastically in the past 10 years, very few recruiting practices have caught up.

We chose to approach the industry differently with a focus on a few areas that quite unique in Central Europe, namely pro-active sourcing, use of technology and social media, and innovative ways of marketing and engaging talent. Moreover, we have an educational platform called Recruitment Academy, where we’ve trained more than 6000 people on how to utilise modern recruitment tools and methodologies to be more successful.

Our team of more than 60 sourcing professionals work 24/7. This allows us to interact with candidates when and how they prefer.

Innovative Tools
We use social media, video and the market’s first mobile app for recruitment to finally engage candidates the way all other industries do.

GoodCall is split into 3 service sections as follows:

Prague Commercial:

Prague Tech:
Recruitment for Engineering, Production, Chemical/Agro, R&D, and IT

RPO:
Unique outsourcing solutions of recruiters, sourcers, HR professionals and project managers who are fully trained and certified and, if you’d like, come with HW and SW ready to help you achieve your hiring goals. Contract set up can be per hour, day, week or month.

Our RPO business also provides simple hourly work to produce long lists of candidates when your needs are less urgent and you’d prefer to simply extend the arm of your recruitment department.

GoodCall has additional branches in České Budějovice, Hradec Králové, Ostrava, Brno, Zlin, and Liberec. Moreover, if we need to look abroad we have teams in Poland and Slovakia as well.
