Day with digitalization: visit to Testbed for Industry 4.0. at ČVUT

In cooperation with T-Moblie Czech Republic and Czech Automotive Industry Association, we organized a meeting at Czech Technical University in Prague focused on Digitalization and 5G campus networks.

The event was attended by 16 representatives of major investors from Taiwan, Japan, Germany, China, Denmark and the Czech Republic. We were also pleased to welcome Jan Michal, the new CEO of CzechInvest, to the meeting.

Participants learned about the digitalization of the industry, specifically discussing 5G networks, edge computing, data acquisition & IoT, which significantly help streamline production and free up human resources for other tasks. The highlight of the day was a tour of the so-called Testbed for Industry 4.0 - small version of a real factory, where those interested in automated and digitized production according to the principles of Industry 4.0 can test innovative solutions for smart factories, verify their compatibility, functionality and efficiency, simulate and optimize production and in-house processes.
