Founded in 1998, CTP headquartered and developed its first premium industrial park in Humpolec. Building on the success at this strategic location outside of Prague, CTP sought to develop the regional cities of Brno, Ostrava, and Plzeň among others.

At the end of 2018, CTP’s portfolio of industrial and office properties comprised over 5 million m2 of leasable space. As we began operations in the Czech Republic, the majority of the portfolio is located in that country. In recent years we have expanded our portfolio to CEE markets outside the Czech Republic. We chose to anchor operations in CEE for the same reasons as our clients—the mix of location, smart people, industrial tradition, developed infrastructure and cost-effectiveness.
