JUDr. Jaroslav Brož has been practicing continuously since 1977 and has been recognised by Mladá Fronta Dnes, a leading Czech daily newspaper, as one of the top ten lawyers in the Czech Republic.

JUDr. Jaroslav Brož MJur (OXON) contributes to the cross-border development of the law firm with his international experience gained at the University of Oxford and the University of Bayreuth. He has been active as a qualified lawyer since 2009 and as an insolvency administrator since 2010. In 2013, he became a member of the advisory body of the Czech Bar Association – Insolvency Law Section and in 2014 he became a member of the Examination Committee of Insolvency Administrators at the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. In 2017, he became a member of INSOL EUROPE and passed a special insolvency administrator exam and subsequently gained a security clearance issued by the Czech National Security Authority. Since 2018, he has been active as an insolvency administrator with a special license. Jaroslav Brož is the author of various articles (epravo.cz, Konkursní noviny) and is the co-author of Commentary on Insolvency Law published by Wolters Kluwer. He also serves as an ad hoc lecturer at the Economics Faculty of the Technical University of Ostrava.

Mgr. Vladan Vala is a recognised lawyer, an expert who focuses primarily on commercial law.
