The Association for Foreign Investment - AFI was invited to the Czech-Emirati Business Forum, which took place on 14 June 2024. AFI Chairman Kamil Blažkek spoke at the meeting.
The Minister of Economy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Abdulla bin Touq Al Mari, accompanied by a business mission of Emirati companies, met with the Czech Minister of Industry and Trade Jozef Sikela and a number of Czech representatives from other ministries and institutions to discuss mutual economic, trade, investment and energy cooperation. The Emirates is a major trading partner in the Gulf region and the aim is to deepen joint cooperation and continue projects not only in the energy and modern technology sectors.
