As part of the Dual Career programme in co-operation with the Czech Olympic Committee, we are actively involved in providing consultancy services to top athletes, facilitating their return to the labour market once their professional career has ended.

Way to Work is a global Adecco project whose objective is to help young people find work. We organise talks, seminars, workshops, and every year we hold a Street Day, where we head to the streets and advise students on how to find work successfully. As part of Adecco Experience, we can offer placements in our company or with our clients.
Win4Youth – kilometres as aid. Adecco’s global sports initiative. We provide financial support to selected charities throughout the world which help young people acquire education and integrate into working life. With each extra kilometre we and our clients cycle, swim or run, the total sum raised to help others is increased.

Competitiveness Index) study, which assesses the capability of individual countries to develop, attract and maintain talent.
