24.07.2018 AFI ACCEPTED TWO NEW MEMBERS

Association for Foreign Investments (AFI) accepted two new members at the Plenary Committee meeting on 26th of June 2018. Thanks to the acceptance of companies Fučík & Partneři and Moravskoslezské Investice a Development. AFI now associates 44 members who represent the top companies in their sectors.

Since 1995 we have cared for development of our clients’ business activities in order to allow them to focus on their core business. The company’s combined knowledge, skills and experience in areas of accountancy, payroll, taxation, audit and corporate colsuntancy have been the foundation of its success over the years and are its greatest assets today. We also focus on various projects which business life of our clients offers – mergers, transfer pricing, consolidations and much more. Our company is registered and licensed by both the Czech Chambers of Auditors and Tax advisors. Not only for our clients, we organize training seminars on topics from the accounting and tax environment. We participate in expert conferences and discussions.

Most of our clients are international corporations and foreign companies that have placed part of their business activities in the Czech Republic. Besides to foreign companies (especially German- and English-speaking ones) respectively their subsidiaries, which are active in the Czech Republic, many Czech companies are among our clients as well.

Moravskoslezské Investice a Development

The Moravian-Silesian Invest and Development (former Regional Development Agency) is a joint-stock company 100% owned by the Moravian-Silesian Region. It was established as a service organization to implement the Region’s development policies, including a wide range of projects and initiatives. The MSID’s mission is to support development-related activities benefiting companies, institutions and individuals throughout the Region.

The MSID’s activities focus on three main areas: development of the investment environment (including brownfields) within the Moravian-Silesian Region and business support. Second area is focused on preparation and implementation of development projects. The last area of focus involves marketing activities and promotion of the Moravian-Silesian Region as a place suitable not only for business but also for life.
